We choose not to sell our services to all sections of the community, as this would be inappropriate to those
consumers and unprofitable to us. Similarly, we are only looking for members of our organisation who have a certain
profile and set of attributes. By doing so we are intentionally choosing not to be all things to all people, preferring to
concentrate on selecting and then developing relationships with our target audience. Our people are therefore different,
being selected on their ability to not only offer first-class advice, but also to contribute as true members of the
