In 2000, positive solutions commissioned a study into what makes an individual. After looking at individual icons and beliefs, we found that no answer was forthcoming - every individual is different and should be treated that way.

This way of thinking gave birth to the idea of "Altogether Individual".

A belief that, whilst all our IFA partners' independence should be respected, we can achieve great things by working in a team.
